Getting pregnancy advice that actually works is so damn hard. I had looked long and hard for an answer to my infertility and I’m so grateful for finally finding a solution to my problem, a solution that I have used and had success with, so I’m going to share some of that advice with you.

When I started getting pregnancy tips and advice I found it very difficult to come across anything I was comfortable with, or anything that actually worked. I kept asking myself the same questions. Why is it so straightforward for some couples to conceive, but yet for others, so frustratingly tough to get pregnant? While this question can be answered some of the time for some couples, at many other times, the answer is agonizingly tricky.

If after a year of actively attempting to conceive, you’re still unable to get pregnant, you would naturally presume it is time to go to see your doctor, before you jump onto the infertility bandwagon. Because like me, you would imagine getting pregnancy advice from your local doctor is the right thing to do, who knows just because your having difficulty it does not mean you are sterile. There may be any number of reasons.

Although this is definitely the first thing you should do it is not necessarily going to be of any success. For myself getting pregnancy advice from the doctor did not work, not because their clueless, but simply getting pregnancy advice from your doctor may not be enough, infact it is not enough for most people.

Some couples simply find it tough to get pregnant and require aid with conceiving more than other couples, and it isn’t always simple to identify the explanations. Doctors are only trained to consider one side of the getting pregnanacy advice solution.

For myself after getting pregnancy advice from my doctor, I was told it was necessary for me to study my ovulation and to focus on a fruitful period, and to then concentrate sexual activity in that period. Along with this there were other factors I was told to consider when I was getting pregnancy advice; for example, the older you are the more probable you’ll be unable to get pregnant, there might be underlying conditions in either you or your other half that are impacting on your fertility and making it tough to get pregnant, which your physician will help you to find out during your fertility testing.

I was told a number of other factors were also sometimes the cause for some women, such as:

  • Sexually spread illnesses
  • History of pelvic inflammatory illness
  • Endometriosis
  • Low sperm count and motility
  • Eating disorder
  • Anomalies of the uterus
  • Chronic illnesses

A number of these conditions can be dealt with to raise your odds of conception, others can’t. If your doctor has diagnosed you as a medically sterile couple whether there is a medical reason behind it or not, you still have a number of options.

Firstly, you can keep trying. A number of couples have gone on to conceive a baby after hearing confirmation from their doctors that they are actually unable to get pregnant.

Secondly, you can look elsewhere for getting pregnancy advice, the doctors are not the only people that can advise in this area as you will discover in my case.

When getting pregnancy advice from my doctor did not work I started looking for other solutions, I was genuinely scared by some of the other options available to me. Such a:

  • In-vitro fertilization
  • Surrogacy
  • Employing a sperm donor
  • Adoption

Many of these options can be dear, and also all carry with them a certain component of risk. Not to mention the reality that I was not interested in most of them. So I continued to look for getting pregnancy advice that did not involve such risks or costs. That’s when I discovered pregnancy miracle.

Pregnancy miracle was an unbelievably good guide in getting pregnancy tips. It went through so much simple advice and research to tick off anything that could prevent pregnancy. After using this simple holistic tool, getting pregnancy tips were made so easy for me. The guide goes through all the different things that can cause infertility and it simply asks you to eliminate them one by one, it’s amazing and so simple, it does not use any stupid pills or hormonal controlling agents, just simple easy to follow advice that makes sense.

As an example when I started getting pregnancy advice from pregnancy miracle it told me which foods to consume, which to avoid, which make up products decreased the chances of pregnancy etc, I just followed the simple advice and within 2 months I was pregnant.
